wanted to propose that we could have
a calendar on the website.
online and with the latest information updated as soon as something new is heard. it would especially convey the timetable of the urb.studies as the lectures are still quite an unstable materia and the information about sth taking place comes from very different sources and is always missed by somebody.
one look at the calendar and you get the picture. at least the latest version.

sounds good to me! But maybe this calendar should appear on the website (before its created, we can do it via google?) in order to avoid so many links. or we can post here the calendar dates?
as a happy user of a private google calendar i had a look before how to share a calendar by many people. as i think that a "precalendar" is needed. but it got way too confusing and not enough satisfactory. but yes let's try again :)
